A clear, close-up photo in natural daylight works best. The photo should be facing the camera at eye level, with your pet's face clearly visible. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos. The better your photo, the better your portrait.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited free revisions. We send you a digital preview by email before printing. Just let us know what you'd like changed and we'll update it until you're completely happy.
How long does it take?
Artwork is ready for preview within 1–2 business days. After you approve the design, production takes 1–2 days and standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping (3–7 days) is also available.
Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes — both dishwasher and microwave safe. The sublimation print is baked into the coating, so it won't peel, fade, or scratch with normal use.
