Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
All items require processing time to produce. This includes creating your personalised design, sending a digital preview for your approval, and preparing your item for production. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email (check your spam folder if you cannot find it). Make sure all information is correct. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@evermory.com.
Tracking an Order
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Where available, it will include your order's tracking number and a link to your carrier's tracking site. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Important
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund in this situation, please note that personalised items have a 30% restocking fee.
