Common questions before contacting us

When will I receive my digital preview?

Our artists create your portrait within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. You'll get a preview by email at the address you used at checkout. Check your spam if you haven't seen it after 2 business days, then contact us.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't entered production. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once you've approved the digital preview and we've started printing, we're unable to make changes.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days; express takes 3–7. If your order is outside this window and the tracking shows no movement, email us at support@evermory.com with your order number. We'll investigate and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no charge.

Can I request a revision after seeing the preview?

Absolutely. Revisions are unlimited and free. Simply reply to the preview email with your feedback — background colour, style adjustments, text changes, anything you'd like different — and we'll update it until you're 100% happy.
